14-Day Return Window:

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusions:

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned:

• Sportswear: This includes any items categorized as sportswear, such as activewear, athletic apparel, and related accessories. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
• Bras and Tanks: Due to hygiene reasons, bras and tanks are also considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. If the returned item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at  contact@knotwtr.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all tags, and include the RA number provided by our customer service team.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within [5-7 business days].
